CHAPTER 2. NON-JUDICIAL PUNISHMENT (NJP)
Anyone ranked in ONAVIG/Officer or anyone who has authority is issued to submit Non Judaical Punishment (NJP). These are stuff that isn't recognised as judicial. these are for minor issues such as breaching regulations/minor articles. Promotional authority will decide who can do these as per regulation 8. Discharges may only be filed by those with promotional authority or office authority (specifically ONAVIG). Anyone can be discharged for any one of the Articles of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ)

ARTICLE 1.Violation of the Habbo way
Intentionally disregarding Sulake’s terms and conditions of use. I.E. the ‘Habbo Way’.
ARTICLE 2. General Disrespect
Displaying a lack of courtesy towards service members and/or civilians while in uniform and on duty.
ARTICLE 3. Failure to Obey an Order or Regulation
Knowingly and intentionally disregarding a lawful order, regulation, code of conduct, or section of the legislation in which each service member on duty has to obey.
Uniform military codes of justice, Section A. Authority of the Order
The Depatment of Defense, as a military, requires all personnel to the Standing Order of Dress, referred to as B.A.P (Department of Defense) are required to wear the proper and authorised Dress, Badges, and Mottos (B.U.M) at all times while in the USNDoD-HQ HQ and appendant rooms, unless specified by direct order. The National Security Council reserves the Right to change this regulation, pursuant to their duties, from time to time. Changes will be made in writing and posted on the forums.
Section B. Compliance of the Order
All personnel are required to stay in uniform while in HQ, Unless changed by OF-7+ At DoD
A failure to follow this Standing Order shall result in punishment up to and/or including termination of employment with the Department of Defense's, in accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice. During events such as crazy hat hour which is permitted to personnel when authorised by OF-1+ make it optional to join the event.
Section C. Standing Order of Dress
The authorised dress for the DoD is as follows per rank, accessories will be discussed in following sections, for uniform modification shall be covered.
Section D. Articles
Only positions such as cgs, ACNO, MILSEC, JAG, can authorise demerits. Members of RMP subject to regulation 1,8 may authorise warnings/demerits dependant on rank.
Below are the punitive articles in DoD that must be followed under any circumstances.
Article 1A:
The habbo way:
Everyone in DoD must obey the habbo way or expect a punishment from CoC.
Article 1B:
Disrespect:
Any disrespect within DoD is NOT tolerated. Anyone who refuses to respect members of NAF/VIP/Civilians will face punishment from the RMP/JAG. This relates with following the habbo way.
Article 2:
Insubordination:
Everyone in DoD should listen to their superiors at all times and do as told. Anybody who disrespects a direct order from Chain Of Command will suffer a Demotion/Discharge. If it is your first time it may just go on the system as a demerit for 30 days/an official warning. Members may also be subject to verbal warnings.
Article 3:
Failure to obey and order or regulations:
Everyone must obey direct orders and regulations. For example intentionally dis-obeying regulation orders by CoC.
Article 4:
Absence without Leave - AWOL:
Anybody in DoD who wants to leave must file a resignation. Anybody who doesn't and joins another place may be subject to DD. It is vital that OR-1-3 log in at least once every week. If not they're subject to this article. Anyone OR-4+ Must log in at least once every 10 days. If you're subject to AWOL you may re-enlist at an available time. If you need to leave for a certain time you can request a leave or an R1-3.
Article 5:
Improper wear of uniform:
Anybody who disobeys regulation 7 for uniform is subject to be removed from DoD with this article. Intentionally wearing the incorrect uniform may result in one.
Article 6A:
Double Jobbing:
Anybody in DoD who is found working in another military/agency without resignation will be put in DD. If a resignation is found you will be put in a HD.
Article 6B:
Self-Promotion:
Anybody found with the incorrect motto preferably with a rank higher is subject to this. If found on PTS attempting to log a false promotion a discharge may be filed (DD).
Article 7: Cloning
Anybody in DoD found on the PTS with evidence to prove they own a DoD account which is subject to a discharge will receive an immediate discharge and a move to Never Rehire on the PTS.
Article 8A:
Desertion:
Anybody in DoD ranked E4+ found leaving the badges and does not wish to have it will be Dishonourably Discharged.
Article 8B:
Quit:
Anybody in DoD who fails to be properly discharged and accepts a position in another military/Leaves Badges/Motto without role play will be DD.
Article 9:
Conduct Unbecoming:
Anybody who contradicts DoD, is subject to this article decided upon the JAG
Article 10:
Bullying:
The Department of Defense does not condone any type of bullying. If someone feels they're subject of this they're to IMMEDIATELY file an ARF with screenshots, we ensure a great fun environment where everyone feels welcome. Anybody found guilty of this in a Major way will be subject to an immediate Never Rehire.
Article 11:
Compromised Accounts:
Anybody in the Department of Defense, with a compromised account any unauthorised activity is a potential security threat which is to dealt with immediately.
Article 12:
Disrespect Towards Foreign Entities:
Anyone who is found disrespecting another military/organisation could potentially be demoted or discharged. DoD is friendly with every military and does not want any form of violence on the group floors.
Article 13:
Malingering:
Anybody who fails to perform duties/be active or fake any illness or simply lacks in DoD will be subject to this article with a discharge.
Article 14A:
Harassment:
Harassment is defined as unwanted aggressive pressure, attention or intimidation of another member from DoD.
Article 14B:
Sexual Harassment:
Anybody found guilty of any sexual activity that is not consented with members of DoD is subject to a discharge
Article 14C:
Discrimination:
Any act disrespectful on a person’s race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, sexuality, gender identity, and/or reprisal, that adversely affects privileges, benefits, working conditions, results in disparate treatment, or has a disparate impact on employees, former employees or applicants for employment will be subject to an immediate discharge.
Article 15:
Falsification:
Anybody who intentionally wrongly makes a forum post/record, knowing to be false is subject to a discharge
Article 16:
Treason:
Treason is the crime of betraying the DoD or allies/personnel for any of the following reasons: espionage, aiding enemies, mutiny. Refusing to provide protection for the Ministry of Defence or using a position of power to jeopardise the safety of the Department of Defense Treason is punishable by an immediate dishonourable discharge, sometimes with a never rehire status.
Article 17:
Fraternisation:
An unduly familiar personal relationship between a senior and a subordinate that does not respect the difference in rank or grade. Relationships between a senior and a subordinate that are unknown and proof of promotions/unfairness between personnel will face discipline; or of a nature to bring discredit on our service are unduly familiar and also constitute fraternization.
Article 18A:
Blackmail:
Anybody in the Department of Defense who is found blackmailing personnel/another organisation is subject to this.
Article 18B
Bribery:
Anyone found accepting money/credits for positions/promotions or anything affiliated will result in a Never Rehire/DD depending on the severity of the situation.
Article 19:
Abuse of Authority:
Abuse of Power is defined as using one’s rank or position to benefit themselves/dis benefit personnel or to harm another person. The JAG, CCMP, DCCMP has discretion over what constitutes an abuse of power/Command.The punishment will depend on severity. You may file ARF's and IARF's.
Article 20:
Unfit for Duty:
Anybody in DoD who lacks on knowledge for their rank/having troubles is subject to a demotion/discharge dependant on the RMP, Senior Command dependant on rank.
Article 21A:
Espionage:
Anybody found leaking/taking non-public files/personnel's personal information, to places such as foreign organisations will be subject to a Never Rehire.
Article 21B
Violation Of Secrecy:
Linking with Espionage however leaking very classified information linking with NST is subject to this.
Article 22:
Dereliction of Duty:
Anybody who continuously refuses to work without a valid reason is subject to a discharge depending on the severity.
Article 23
Conduct on Foreign Soil:
Anybody in DoD who performs any unauthorised negative actions/failure to obey regulations in another person's HQ is subject to this.
Article 24:
Larceny:
Any member who takes, obtains by any means, from the possession of the owner, any money, credits, personal property or article of value is subject to a discharge.
Article 25:
Evasion of Punishment:
Anybody in DoD who tries to evade their punishment, by examples such as immediate resignation/after an investigation is subject to this and will be DD.
Article 26:
Mutiny, Sedition:
Hosting a negative event against an officer/elected official within DoD. Subject to Never Rehire
Article 27:
Cheating:
Anyone found guilty of asking for help in any exam that states they're not allowed for help will be subject to this article, if suffered a demotion and not discharged the person will have to take all future exams with an officer in an ADT room/ on discord.
Article 28:
Defamation:
Anyone who is involved with any actions that bring dispute/harming a members reputation, to DoD is subject to this.
ARTICLE 29:
Obstructing the Course of Justice:
Anyone who is found regardless of rank preventing justice from been served is subject to this and will face punishment accordingly.
Article 30:
Unauthorised Advertisement:
Spreading links in HQ/Forums/Discord which are external and unauthorised are subject to this.
Article 31:
Poaching:Article 31:
Using your position to poach people (getting people to join) from other militaries or agencies.
Chapter 4: discharges
As stated on regulation 1, section C all personnel are subject to their freedom and have a say before a discharge is wrote. However in the case of high amounts of evidence this can be overruled. If a member is discharged and wishes to join back they must go to dodpts.uk > pardon/reinstatement. At this point within 72 hours the JAG (Judge Advocate General) will make a decision to rehire the person or not. In the case that the person is Never Rehire/ discharged for high treason or anything among Major breaches of the Uniform Code of Military Justice the person may be black listed and unable to join back. If requesting a trial please read regulation 5.
